Dear Mr. St. Paul:

Thank you for meeting with me to discuss our indexing practices in the matter of various tax lien documents presented for public record.

I have directed that programming changes be accomplished which will henceforth reflect those documents to appear as tax lien notices in the General Index.
We understand your concern, and feel this solution will benefit all parties conducting business in the Recorder's Office.
Very truly yours,

/s/ Errol J. Maczum

Comments by Jim Shaver:

One Courageous Public Servant that we should all salute.

Mr. Mackzum stated that the previous policy of filing a mere "Notice" of Lien in a "Lien" index was unconscionable because it grants more power to the document recorded than it is otherwise entitled to.

So he changed his recording policy!

This is from the largest county in the U.S. Shows that my "OPEN LETTER TO ALL SHERIFFS ACROSS AMERICA" was correct. This letter shows a change in the Filing Policies of this county which stops the FRAUD.

When the IRS Agent asks the county recorder for a certified copy of the "Lien Index" and pulls your 668Y, since it is only a "NOTICE of Lien Index" He/she has a defective instrument with which to try to use as a "security" to advance to a Levy.
